INFYNIA API v1
Put your voice agents to work from your own code
The INFYNIA API places outbound calls with your agents, lets you follow their outcome and pushes events to your systems by webhook. One API key per organization, JSON over HTTPS, no SDK to install.
What the API is for
Place and follow calls
Trigger an outbound call from your CRM or your back office, then read its status, duration and collected data.
React to events
Receive signed webhooks when a call starts, ends or has a transcript, and when an agent changes. Failed deliveries are retried.
Control access
Create keys per organization with scopes, restrict them to some agents, rotate them with a 24-hour overlap.
Quick start in 5 minutes
You need an INFYNIA account on a plan that allows live keys, and one active agent.
Create an API key
In the dashboard, open
Developers, thenKeys, and create a key with the scopesagents:readandcalls:write. The key is shown once: store it in an environment variable namedINFYNIA_API_KEY.List your agents
Check that the key works and find the
idof the agent that will place the call.curl https://infynia.quantylcore.com/api/v1/agents \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $INFYNIA_API_KEY"Place a call
Send the agent id and the number to call in E.164 format. The
Idempotency-Keyheader lets you retry safely. The answer is201when the call is placed,202when it is scheduled.curl -X POST https://infynia.quantylcore.com/api/v1/calls \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $INFYNIA_API_KEY" \ -H "Idempotency-Key: order-1042-callback" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"agentId": "AGENT_ID", "to": "+15555550100"}'Receive the events
Add a webhook endpoint in
Developers, thenWebhooks, and verify the signature of each delivery. The webhooks guide has complete Node.js and Python receivers.
